Do you have a physical store?

We currently only operate in the online and social media space.
Can I shower with the jewelry?

Although we do take pains to ensure that all our jewelry is tarnish resistant, we do not recommend showering with the jewelry items unless otherwise stated.
What metals do the jewelry consist of?

Click on the photo of each piece and the metals used are found in the description. The hand-painted jewelry usually consists of plated zinc alloy. All our pieces are hypo-allergenic.
Are the cabochons made of stone?

No. All our cabochons are hand-painted and covered with glass. Some of our chainmaille items may contain stones or gems but would be labelled as such.
Do you deliver?

Yes, we do. Delivery is done through TTPost or our courier partners.
What are the delivery charges?

Delivery by TTPost costs $25 and by courier it costs $40. Please note TTPost delivery is only available for customers who opt to pay by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or WiPay Voucher.
How long would it take for me to receive my order?

TTPost orders are usually sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once shipped it typically takes 2-3 working days to be delivered. Courier-fulfilled orders will generally take 3 - 10 working days. (This is primarily because we are based in Point Fortin and couriers don't collect packages in this area on a daily basis). Please ensure that you are on hand to receive delivery of your item when the courier visits.
How do I pay for an order?

We have several payment options available. Payments can be made by cash or linx on delivery, credit card or bank transfer. Payments can also be made via WiPay.
How do I go about paying by Credit or Visa Debit Card?

If you'd like to pay by Credit Card or Visa Debit Card, please let us know and we will send you an e-invoice. Simply type "request credit card link" in the "Add a note" field at checkout and we will e-mail an e-invoice to you. Just enter your card details and once the payment is received by us your order will be shipped. Alternatively, you can pay by Linx upon delivery of your item.
Paying by Online Bank Transfer

Please send us an email via our contacts page or any of our social media to let us know that you would like to pay by bank transfer and we will send you our bank details. After paying for your order please email or whatsapp a copy of your transaction receipt with your name and order number and we will post your package on the next postage day or we will send your delivery by courier.
Do You accept international Orders?

Yes we do but at the moment only small, unframed paintings, cards, bookmarks and jewelry can be posted to international addresses. All packages will be sent via registered mail. Packages may take up to 30 days to be delivered. As we do not yet have an integrated payment system, please email us via the contact form and we can send an e-invoice and your payment details can be filled out using that method.
